Cold-smoked King Mikal is the classic silky smoked salmon: cured and cold-smoked in Norway, imported frozen for Malaysian service. Thaw in the fridge, slice, serve. Not the same product as Frøya raw sashimi loins.
Also available: King Mikal hot smoked ca. 250g (RM 89) — cooked through by hot smoke, flakier texture.
