Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Norgesfoods PLT (LLP0011594-LGN), 19B Jalan Wan Kadir 2, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur (“Norgesfoods”, “we”), through www.norgesfoods.com, WhatsApp, email or in person. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Norgesfoods is licensed by LKIM (licence no. 0003786).

1. Orders

  • An order is confirmed when we confirm it with you (by email or WhatsApp) and receive payment, or agree payment on pickup.
  • Products are subject to availability. Frøya sashimi salmon is sold as a pre-order for the next air-flown batch. If we can’t fill all or part of your order, we’ll tell you and refund or adjust the amount.
  • Weights marked “ca.” (approximately) are natural products and may vary slightly.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include 0% SST unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
  • We accept bank transfer, Touch ’n Go eWallet and cash. For bank transfers, use your order number as the payment reference.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order.

3. Delivery and pickup

Delivery areas, fees, pickup hours and handling are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or pickup.

4. Refunds and returns

Because our products are perishable, we refund or replace only for damage on arrival or errors in your order. Please report these within 24 hours with photos. See our Refund & Returns policy.

5. Food safety and allergens

  • Our products contain fish, crustaceans (crab) or honey. Please check the product page or ask us if you have an allergy.
  • Only Frøya sashimi salmon is graded for raw consumption. All other fish should be cooked. Follow the storage instructions on each product.

6. Website use

Content on this website, including text and photos, belongs to Norgesfoods or its suppliers. Please don’t copy it without permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but product details may change.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
