Snillbie organic honey, 250g jar: certified organic heather, blueberry and raspberry honey from a family honey farm on the west coast of Norway.
- Certified organic by Debio, the Norwegian organic certifier, since 2008 (SnillBie).

- Family-run, with one beekeeper.
- Clean surroundings. The hives stand on coastal heathland on Bømlo, at least 3km from industry, major roads and farm spraying. That is further than the bees fly.
- Heather, blueberry and raspberry. Rich, creamy and aromatic, from the coastal heath and wild berries around the hives.
- Lab-tested in Germany and the UK as authentic honey.
- Approved and inspected by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority as an export product.
Storage and use
- Store at room temperature, with the lid closed, away from sunlight. No need to refrigerate.
- This honey is naturally thick and can crystallise. To soften it, stand the jar in warm (not hot) water.
- Check the best-before date on the jar.
- Don’t give honey to babies under 12 months old.
