Our frozen Atlantic salmon midloin is a cooking portion: same species and producer as Frøya (Salmo salar, farmed by SalMar), packed for the pan and oven at a lower price. Thaw in the fridge, pat dry, season, and cook through.
Do not use for sashimi or sushi. Sashimi-ready fish is Frøya chilled only.
